1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph365win ("ph365win," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph365win website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph365win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ph365win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph365win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph365win strictly prohibits access by minors. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of ph365win, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ph365win or any affiliated platform.

ph365win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph365win. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ph365win is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph365win will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact ph365win support immediately.

ph365win may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at registration or at any subsequent time. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ph365win are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph365win supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment methods. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your ph365win account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. ph365win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the Platform. ph365win aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

ph365win reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the relevant account suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph365win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ph365win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

Players are encouraged to read the specific terms applicable to each promotion before opting in. ph365win's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph365win and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365win staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of ph365win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph365win.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph365win, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph365win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph365win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ph365win is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or technical failures that may affect your ability to access or use the Platform.

9. Privacy

ph365win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. ph365win is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph365win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. ph365win provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard after login.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
